Dr. Leblanc has more than 20 years of experience as Physician. She has studied medicine in 3 different countries and practice in 4. Her journey in medicine began in Camaguey 1992 when she started in Carlos J. Finlay University of medicine. She finished her career in 1998 with honors after been the top of her class and having the opportunity to get Radiology residency without having to pass the social service as it is routinely required.  During her residency she was able to provide superior care and consultation that resulted in overall improvement in the department patient’s satisfaction quotient. She finished her residency 2003 as Radiologist and practiced in different hospitals and was associated professor in the same university she graduated. In 2005 she went to Venezuela to work as Chief of Radiologic department in a high technology Diagnostic center. She worked for 5 years as Radiologist and in 2012 started her own practice after studied and passed the boards to practice medicine again in Carabobo university. In 20014 Dr. Leblanc moved to US and started studying medicine for 3rd. time.  In 2018 Dr. Leblanc graduated after had passed the 4 required boards with high grades as well as the internship in HIMA San Pablo hospital PR.

She started to work again in US as a Primary Care physician in MAS health Center and she inaugurated the Allapattah center in April 2019.

Dr. Leblanc’s passion is driven by the bonds she builds with her patients over the course of their live sand the enjoyment she holds in keeping them healthy and well.   Her compassion and dedication are noticeable by everyone, and she is loved and valued by patients and all the staff. She knows all her patient by name, and even last name, she proudly enjoys getting to know about each of them their stories, their cares and sorrows, that is why she is able to understand their place in their family and society.

Dr. Leblanc is convinced that being a great doctor begins not with what you know, but who you are. Being someone’s doctor is about a relationship. That relationship is built on trust. Being a great doctor begins not with what you have to say, but your ability to listen, identify and empathize.

Currently Dr. Leblanc holds her ECFMG certification as well as her internship graduated Diploma where she was awarded as the first physician to fulfill the boards required examine including the Foundations of Independent Practice and Advanced Clinical Medicine.

Dr. Leblanc is a devoted and practicing catholic, she enjoys volunteering in the Soup kitchen of Sister of charity and also support several institutions like the corona Self-help center Inc.
